This weekend the challenge was Gains while gaming with Beast. That right challenged myself to lift and squat while gaming to get them gains. There was some doubt, but this Beast got through it just fine. Playing Tekken 8 and Call of Duty MW III while using my deaths to add to how many Squats and bicep curls I do.
