Gainward GTX 580 Phantom 3GB SLI Review Part 1 of 2
75This is Part 1 of my Gainward GTX 580 Phantom SLI Review. It is a close look at the card, temperatures, etc, and also a listen to the noise the cards puts out. I test the cards in my primary water-cooled X58 system which I call the 'Singularity Beast'. Normally I would be testing them on my Sabertooth P67 Test Bed, but I wanted to run NVIDIA 3D Vision Surround on them to take advantage of the 3GB of memory. So really that's what this review is about. In Part 2 I test the cards in SLI at 1920x1080, 5760x1080, with 3D Vision and overclocked.
