Same deal as Original: 100%, thus all girls rescued, all goodies obtained, all panties, all sub-weapons upgraded, all device parts, all endings, and a bonus Boss rush on Legend...but it has the angel powerup. Everything else left on default. Still pretty difficult.

This time, it is done on Refined mode, which has some English voiceovers: lost girls' dialogues, boss dialogue, BATTLE VOICES! No scene voice acting, but it does go a little faster on auto. It is also a little censored: Stage 4 boss dialogue with no mention of tents. As for Legend difficulty: it makes the game actually pretty challenging: enemy placements changed here and there (stage 1 has the ghost mob you don't really meet until, like, stage 5? 6? It's after you get Oonusa), enemies do more damage, enemy respawn when you scroll the screen, and no revival mechanic. If you're familiar with Curse of the Moon 2 Legend, it's pretty much that.
