0Don't be fooled by the trophy saying take no damage and think it means health. For this Trophy no damage means no damage so that includes to your shields as well.
Sounds harder than it is, especially if you have a bunch of crash coins from completing a season without dying, head back to season one and skip the intro as I don't believe it'll count though didn't try it in honesty so it might but I don't think it'll count. So jump into season one, episode one, bunch of crash coins, if you've completed season two you should have mech mode available as well. If assault muzzle, bounce shot, auto fire, and supercooled or stun core are available I'd recommend them, if you've got enough scrap expand missile capacity and buy missiles.
Reasons for this is that auto fire and assault muzzle increase speed and are more on target to deal with bugs or ships chasing you. Bounce shot to get them round a corner and use more to your advantage. Stun or cooled core to freeze or stun enemies stopping them in their tracks of getting to you and shooting or biting you.
Get to the end of the mission without being hit and hey presto you'll get the trophy/achievement depending on console preference. Please enjoy, like/comment/subscribe.
