If on your galaxy note 5 apps keep crashing your going to want to first
1. Try and restart your phone and load up the app again
2. Uninstall the app and then try reinstalling it
3. Uninstall the app and then perform an update on your phone and try reinstalling it (whenever you do an update on your phone it will automatically fix and bugs or issues in the hardware or software)
4. Kill all the running apps on your phone and then restart it and try opening that app again
5. Start your phone in safe mode to trouble shoot the problem by turning your phone off, press and hold the power key, release when the note 5 logo appears, then press and hold the volume down. Once you do that you will see the safe mode icon in the bottom left corner
6. If none of these options work you can try doing a hard reset, but make sure to backup all of your files like contacts, photos, and other things on your pc first.
