If your having issues with your galaxy note 5 keyboard not working we have some common solutions and fixes to the problem. If your having any kind of issue as of right now it might be that your keyboard is not showing up at all, it disappears when you try to use it, or its simply freezing and not working.
1. Try restarting your phone and then try opening the keyboard app up again (if your phone has been on for more then 200 hours straight it might be overheating which is making it not function the way its supposed to)
2. Try doing an update on your phone if its due for one (updating your phone can fix glitches and bugs that might be happening in the software)
3. You can go into your application manager and click the all tab. Once you do that find the samsung keyboard option click on it and then you will see force stop, clear cache, and delete data. Choose the clear cache option and then restart your phone and try opening the keyboard up. This should help if your having issues with your galaxy note 5 keyboard not working
4. You can also try doing the force stop and delete data options. Just know that deleting your keyboard data will erase anything that might be saved to your own personal settings. Also be sure to restart your phone after doing this as well
