Left microphone (top of the phone) has a strong hiss around the 6 kilohertz range. Previous Galaxy devices had noise as well, and stronger noise at that! But it wasn't so biased to one side, so it was far less noticeable. The volume is, of course, amplified, so that you don't have to turn up your speakers for this demonstration
