Gallian Crossfire - Naggiar Plains Expert Skirmish (A Rank Full Clear)
4In which the story's main couple clean out the trenches. Also in which for once, I am at the mercy of only a few dice rolls.
Two more weapons from the Edy Skirmishes are shown here, the Armageddon Rifle (not strictly necessary -- the GSR-30 could work too, but using this rifle may potentially save a CP) and the Penetrator. The Armageddon Rifle has 666 Range, 666 vsPers, and 666 vsArmor. That vsPers rating is incredible; the catch is it does essentially no damage to units outside its Range, hence the two CP used to move Emile up -- sometimes if you deploy him from the correct position (I believe the top-middle) and move him just right, you can hit the Ace on the first CP. The Penetrator, besides its having the highest vsArmor rating among all the infinite-ammo Sniper Rifles, has another, crucial property: like Selvaria's Beam Weapon, a round from this rifle does not stop after hitting one target, instead hitting all units in its straight-line trajectory. This allows Oscar to remove a Heavy Gatling and damage the Gatling Bunker enough for Audrey to (usually) be able to finish the job.
Cezary is best for dealing with the Snipers with the GSR-30R, as his Backup Sniping proc's consistently. Thinking about it again, having Marina use the Penetrator may have been better than Oscar, to be able to do extra damage so that Audrey would definitely be able to finish the job. Audrey probably has the highest Accuracy among the Ultimate Anti-Armor Lancers, who are necessary to destroy the Bunker (assuming Marina's Penetrator potential didn't proc when using the Penetrator rifle...)
Welkin and Alicia have the Gallian-S30R and Gallian-A20, respectively, which specialized them into an anti-Gatling (Welkin) and anti-personnel (Alicia) pair of Scouts. Alicia is used both because proc'ing Valkyria to remove the crouched Shocktrooper is much better than other, more costly methods (and thankfully, proc'ing Valkyria isn't too big a nightmare in this stage); and her presence gives Welkin the Power of Love buff when he loses the Nature Lover buff in the trenches (not strictly necessary, but nice to have regardless).
