In which we defeat the true final boss, Ty the Immortal (Mark IV), and have to deal with a lot of clean-up. Also in which we once again see that keeping our Scouts at Level 19 is ridiculously useful.
This strategy was ironed out to require only one main dice-roll -- in addition to the set of +Attack/+Accuracy potentials, Rosie must proc Double Attack at least once against the Ace. There are, of course, other silly things that may -- and did, several times, in previous attempts -- go wrong, but amazingly, most of the rest of things are fairly reliable if done as shown in the video.
It's worth noting that the deployment locations for especially the top five spots must be exactly as shown to ensure (1) Valkyria proc'ing with a good amount of reliability, (2) Hector only being sniped by the Sniper at the far east, and (3) Lynn being able to reach the crouching Shocktroopers without being destroyed by interception fire in Turn 1, (and still being in a position to make it to the Ace in one action during Turn 2), with Rosie being the only remaining required unit who can take some damage during Alicia's action without causing problems later on. Nils is chosen as our Lancer as he has Super Anti-Armor (which gives him enough of a vsArmor rating to one-shot the Light Tanks without problem), and Stand Ready for when circling around the Tank Destroyer. (And if City Kid proc's during his action on Turn 2, the extra Defense buff doesn't hurt.) Knute is the only Engineer who can withstand two full volleys of the Ace's machine gun if the Attack Down debuff is applied. Cezary is chosen just because Backup Sniping is more reliable than Marina's My Way. (The extra vsPers buff shouldn't be necessary anyway.)
In terms of new equipment: Hector uses the VB PL XX that was obtained from the Ace of the previous Skirmish. With amazing Aim, 2000 Range, and a 400 vsPers rating (and 400 vsArmor rating), this is meant to effectively turn your Lancer into a beefy anti-personnel sniper. Perfect for removing the far Sniper without dying to his interception fire.
Of course, some of you may wonder why I didn't have the Ace die by interception fire if he required so many actions to deal with. That is definitely an option -- and also literally takes over an hour to occur, as he has a ridiculously high total of 99 Defense (rounded to 50 Defense if the Defense Down debuff is applied). But if this is done, things are far more lenient by Turn 2.
If you're wondering how I know it takes over an hour, it's because I did a run using such a strategy:

It's far from the most exciting video, but it shows that that can be done. The satisfaction of hitting like a truck with pinpoint accuracy using Rosie is hard to match though.
Another fun fact: after doing the calculations, it turns out that Rosie was attacking the Ace with a cumulative 3.5x Damage Multiplier (+25vsPers% for the three +Atk/Acc potentials, x2 for headshots) -- the same multiplier used in the vanilla game for ordinary infantry headshots.

And with that, we wrap up our adventure! Thank you, Busard, for the amazingly well done mod of one of my most favorite games of all time!
