Game Boy - Nintendo Switch Online: Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble
We get some new updates to Nintendo Switch Online, two Game Boy games were added, those being Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble and Blaster Master: Enemy Below, and for Super Nintendo Entertainment System, we get Harvest Moon, and Nintendo Entertainment System receives Mystery Tower.
The game that I play in this video is Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble, this game was released for the Game Boy Color in 2001, and this game makes use of tilting the system to make Kirby move. In this game, the stars have been taken from Dream Land, and Kirby goes on an adventure to get them back, and see what King Dedede is up to.
Because the original release had you tilt the Game Boy to move Kirby, you have to tilt the Switch controller or system to move. This game was planned to get a sequel for the GameCube, but it was cancelled, the Kirby series tends to have many games for the GameCube that got cancelled, with the only one we ended up getting was Kirby Air Ride. Kirby is voiced in this game, despite being a Game Boy game, and most of his voice clips were taken from Super Smash Bros., this game can take a bit of time to get used to due to the tilt controls to move around, and I do most of the first levels in the game, I don't have plans to continue the game. This game was never re-released until Game Boy - Nintendo Switch Online, don't know how the Virtual Console release would have worked with the tilt controls.
