Shifting Stars is one of the tunes by the new band Riot Act which was introduced to Splatoon 3 in Fresh Season 2024. When they were initially announced, I had mixed feelings about their music. Now that some time has passed, Shifting Stars in particular has really grown on me... a lot. Let's talk about what makes this such a great tune!
