In the upcoming release of Blender 2.78 there is a new plugin called Archimesh that is aimed at providing ArchViz functionality to Blender. While aimed at archetects, this is a tool immensily useful for game designers prototyping or starting level design.

This video takes a quick look at some of the functionality this new plugin provides.
