PicoBoot is an open-source modchip for the Nintendo GameCube that uses a Raspberry Pi Pico board. It's easy to install, and can automatically boot homebrew apps.

Installation

To update PicoBoot, grab the latest picoboot_full.uf file from the Releases page
Hold down the BOOTSEL button on Raspberry Pi Pico while connecting USB cable
A new mass storage device RPI-RP2 will appear
Copy picoboot_full
When flashing is successful, it will automatically eject itself
