=What's new:
* Smooth screen scrolling (thanks to ShawnJS's tutorial https://youtu.be/Pd54vNc2N4E)
* Replaced some assets with homemade ones- the background, the vulcan gun and beam saber sound effects
* Ammo meter used for special weapons/attacks
* Vulcan Overdrive (faster firing mode for vulcan gun that consumes the ammo meter)
* An actual enemy that moves around, has an aggro radius, follows and shoots at you

=What's next:
* Parallax scrolling
* Fix that blank ammo meter left behind on the background
* Add hull/HP meter for player, dash meter and other HUD elements
* Tile-based collision
