Been a while since I made the first one of these and figured 5 years was a nice time to make an update on the ol' corpse. Still loving my exercise and especially the bouldering which I can't get enough of, only limited by my useless body.
Summary:
Bouldering 2-3 hrs 3x a week (Tues/Thur/Sun)
Running 5-6x a week (usually longer runs, 5km+ or 15-20min worth)
Working out at home once every couple of weeks probably.
As for my diet it's kinda all over the place. I don't eat a whole lot.
Usually a few coffees in the morning with soemthing sugary like chocolate or biscuits.
If I have lunch it'll be a sandwich of sorts (baguette, viet roll etc) but will sometimes skip lunch since I sleep soon anyway.
Dinner will be my substantial meal trying to fit in my protein/carbs for the day.
So you can say I unintentially intermmitently fast a lot of days.
