Gaming Discussions - Capcom's Restructure Paid Off & The Strawman Arguments Against Them Are So Dumb
12Modern Capcom (from 2017 to 2024) has cleared the foundation for solid hit after hit! They've laid the groundwork for some fantastic new titles and wonderful revivals after their abysmal 2012 to 2016 run.
For some reason it's a loud minority who want to bet against Capcom's great games for the sake of grifting/antiwoke accusations. Welp I'm here to defend this run and say their hot streak is worthy of accommodation. Their quality has not dipped in the slightest in my honest opinion after actually playing many of these games.
The streak will end someday with a more lower rated entry. (6/10, 5/10, 4/10) But man, what a quality streak it was. Whilst not perfect I think some people can agree that all companies should strive to be like 2017 to 2024 Capcom. I give my reasoning as I go over some generalized grifter talking points that I've heard on social media, and then I will give my disagreements.
