For years, playing PC games on a Mac has been like pulling teeth. Few games are actually made for Mac, so if you want to use your Mac, you have to build the hackintosh which can cause issues or simply go and buy a Windows PC.

Earlier this year, Apple announced a Game Porting Toolkit where you can much more easily transition a Windows-based game to a Mac. It still isn't an easy transition, but it's a step in the right direction. With that, plus the increased support for gaming on iPhones like the iPhone 15 Pro, will we finally see people choosing a Mac for their next gaming device on a computer?
