I used The Black Set and new banner weapon Bood Fallen here. Trying to stay on the ground as much as possible so that the passive stack of the set won't lose..

The weapon is just OP specially the passive that makes you immune to most CC for 6 seconds. Enough to deal damage to regain the health😎
