A misty abandoned city, very good for a self proclaimed noob, and pretty moody city in a depressing way, fans of the map has called it basically gmod Detroit map XD
Well, handy screenshot map and scary survival, but this map could be generally improved in most points, especially RP compatibility.

"Backstory
Hartseer City is a city where the economy crashed hard and was ruled by corrupt politicians. Hundreds of people lost their jobs and families. Citizens who lived in that area fleed as soon as possible to start a new life due to the poor conditions of the city.
