Gaslighting & Confusion. Narcissists' Favourite Tool to Keep You Trapped In The Abuse Cycle (Part 1)
88When we are trapped in an abuse cycle, It can be impossible to recognize the abuser for who they are. Their multiple personalities, and conflicting behaviours can cause great confusion to the victim. This leads to cognitive dissonance in their targets where our beliefs and conclusions become distorted as a result of their powerful illusions.
In this video, I will be talking about gaslighting as the perilous vortex that Narcissists conjure, to keep us forever bound to their wrath. I will also explain how the narcissist manipulate our trust levels at different phases of the abuse cycle to keep us as their prisoner.
In Part 2, I will focus on how the narcissist use role playing to torment their targets covertly. Their elaborate schemes and false evidence from their supporters are among the topics I will be covering. I will post Part 2 next week.
