18When a Narcissist is creating havoc in your life or hijacking your mind, it can seem like we are forced to respond in a certain way, like we’ve been cornered into acting out or retaliating. We feel suffocated as our freewill depletes and there seem to be no way out whatever we do.
In this video, I’m going to address how we can snap out of the narcissist’s spell and regain our freewill through mindfulness. In Part 1, I will discuss how we can come to notice the wealth of choices available to us in the moment, whenever we are being abused or manipulated, by developing stronger awareness of the space between the stimulus/abuse and our response.
