1 shot macro (almost)

just got the 285 'Gavel of the First Arbiter weapon'
from Puzzling Cartel Dinar (token)

and i used Cosmic Creation Impetus, to upgraded it to 298 ilvl

Confounding Antique Cypher drops from kills of Fated Heroic raid bosses.
When you collect 20 of them, you can create Cosmic Creation Impetus,
which upgrades a Normal/LFR Fated raid item to Heroic level.

i have tried many keybind, macro combos .. to have less keys to press
and make it fire

the best i can come up with and work ... was this macro ..

/targetenemy [noharm]
/use Gavel of the First Arbiter
/tar soul
/cast Judgment

the idea is simple : targetenemy + use weapon + target soul + kill
