Here's another video of Delfino Square. This time I have finally fixed the grip issues of the kart. I increased grip on the wheels and as a result I don't need the dual steering system I originally set up to compensate for lack of grip. So the kart now drives much closer to that of the real ones.

Also shown is the added feature of grass/off roading slowing the karts down. You may also noticed that I have added a few more things to the track like the crates and animated Delfino people. :D
