20This video I made does not say that this build is the BEST. This Inconceivable difficulty did have a role in MY choices DUE to playing with random people. These cards I use were for ultimate use and for myself with no benefit to team. this is for tactician class power build ONLY! 1.resupply duration. 2. resupply speed loader. 3. recharge bounty. 4. shredder. * 5. resupply healing module. * For FULL power and bleed switch with DISCIPLINE Card is "BROKEN" and will work with lancer GL rockets . I agree it is MORE POWERFUL! I had a lot of comments on this. I hope this clarifies my choice in making my build this way.These max perks (level 10) that I use is 1.cooldown on kill and 2.resupply explosives ammo and 3. assault rifles. If you are using lancer GL that would be best for assault rifle perk and Cooldown on kill. Also you have to have your active reload in order to do max damage with your ultimate. If you use a boomshot like I did, you see it is faster than GL at taking out the minions that will in return refill your ultimate faster. thank you for watching.
