ABOUT THIS VIDEO: You wouldn't believe the nasty comments that I see in my YouTube back office. Then again, maybe you would.
Most of the negativity originates on any video where I share my opinion, like on the entire "Fightin' Words" playlist. I gave it that name sarcastically because none of my words are meant to cause fights (physical OR verbal), and yet people take them that way.
I'm just some dude in upstate NY who loves the hell out of Wing Chun and wants to share his thoughts and views on it. I know nothing of your thoughts or views. Therefore, how can it be taken as a challenge if I say "use method A to get the strongest punch," if you use method B?
I don't know you OR method B. Hell, maybe if I saw it, I would agree it's better. However, since I can't, then there is no reason you should take my opinion as a challenge of yours.
I'm not out here to discredit anyone. I'm here to initiate discussions. Rational, civil discussions.
Of course, it is ironic that you could say it's my OPINION that my opinions aren't meant to challenge, but hey...let's leave that thought aside and address the topic at hand for now.
