Welcome.
This is a tutorial on how to build Geekcreit 110V LM317 Adjustable Voltage Power Module Kit.

1) I recommend checking all the components before continuing.
2) Get a multimeter and check the diodes in capacitance mode.
3) Check all resistors in Ohms mode or modes. You can download an app called Electrodroid. It can help you out on the resistance.
4) Test the transformer in Ohms mode. Red wires should be high, indicating that's main voltage and the blue should be lower, indicating low voltage to the board.
5) Test everything else.
