Here is a demo of my GTX 1070 running CSGO on maxed out settings in 1080p.
The reason why i get low FPS is because the card never got over 60% usage (more like 40% for the most part). i have tested with and without commands, and in my case, i got even worse FPS.
I **DON'T** RECOMMEND THIS CARD ONLY FOR CS:GO!
If your 1. priority is CS:GO, i would choose either a GTX 960 or R9 380 (GTX 1060 or RX 480 if you want some extra juice or plays other games too) because spending that much money on this card only to get 50% usage, i will call this a waste, but that is up to you of course!
