Okay so here we got a base of a deck what you very likely have run into. But incase Gobtruffle and Forest Troll don't ring any bells, hear me out young warrior! Here is a life saving deck for you, and it is easily obtained aswell! Let's Truffle Shuffle!

In tank position we use one of the trolls, epic rarity troop "Forest Troll" from Forest of Thorns. He is used to double the number of green gems on the board. He does that when cast and then also creates 3 green gems more. We use him in the tank position because his traits support that. His 3rd trait reduces damage from skulls by 33%, but the 1st trait is even more useful and very cheap to obtain if you are low on traitstones. 1st trait inflicts Entangle when your troll does skull damage. This is big deal. Now, there is one guideline about when to cast Forest Troll. If you want to be almost sure that your green gem double up will result extra turn, you should only cast Forest Troll if there is 12 or more green gems on the board. If you have 10, maybe try your luck but don't be surprised if he misses. If you try to do it below 10, the chances of missing the extra turn increase heavily the less green gems there are.

2nd position we use good ol' King Gobtruffle. A legendary troop from underworld faction "Amanithrax". Gobtruffle deals [Magic + 2] AOE damage and creates a mix of 14 green and brown gems, boosted by poisoned and diseased enemies with 1:1 ratio. So for every poisoned and/or diseased enemy you get one extra green or brown gem added to the mix. Gobs 3rd trait does disease to a random enemy when matching 4 or more gems, so if enemies aren't immune to disease you can get total of 18 gems if you can disease them all. If you add a class which does poison, you can raise the total number of gems created to a whopping 22! Oh, and the main selling point of using Gobtruffle is the fact that he is goblin, so he gets automatic extra turn after cast, unless frozen.

3rd slot we use Orbweaver class hero with "Elemental Bow". Elemental Bow is Forest of Thorns mana generator weapon, which creates a mix of 6 blue and green gems for each Elemental ally. Forest Troll, Gobtruffle and Maraji Queen all are elementals, so we get a mix of 18 gems. The weapon supports our top two troops to keep the loop going but it also has very fitting upgrades. It has "Tangling" and "Leaf" upgrades, which mean that when you cast the weapon it will entangle the first enemy and it will also create a Leafstorm. It also does Magic based damage to single enemy, just like the rest of the generator weapons do. We use Orbweaver class to get that Leafstorm at start, and to get entangle at start and if you have leveled it enough, you will poison a random enemy when you match purple gems. We don't do that often but it is there anyway. This deck can be run pretty much with any class, but I used Orbweaver this time. Archer, Titan, whatever tickles your nipples the most! Also, the weapon could be Essence of Evil, Mountain Crusher, Reflection of Goodm or whatever you have obtained so far. Heck, even an Anu's Sceptre or Dragon's Eye will do just fine. Elemental Bow is just nice hipster choice haha...

4th slot we give to another legendary underworld troop, Maraji Queen from Sunken Fleet faction. Maraji curses all enemies, so if they are immune, they can be inflicted with disease and poison. She also convert all green gems to doomskulls and we do have plenty of green in the board. Just make sure your Gobtruffle and/or hero is loaded up if you decide to cast Maraji Queen so you don't end up with bad board after doomskull bash. She has unique trait of giving all elemental allies 50% start, and as our Troll, Gobtruffle and Maraji all are elementals, they will start with 50% mana. Handy! Just incase you aren't aware, Underworld troops can be obtained by using Chaos Shards to open Chaos Portals in the faction. So if you want Maraji Queen, go to Sunken Fleet and use your shards to open some portals and eventually you will pull one. If you want Gobtruffle, go to Amanithrax and use shards.

Deck mechanics:
Fill up Gobtruffle, and cast it. Try to maintain loop by doubling up greens or casting hero.
