Genesis Mini Classic - 60 FPS HD Playstation Games! RetroArch Xtreme Custom User Interface Preview!
I showcased this for Playstation Classic in my last Update. But, played around a bit, and successfully got Playstation 1 Games working reliably for Genesis AKA Mega Drive, SNES AKA Super Famicom, NES AKA Famicom Mini Classics, as well!
I demonstrate two of my personal favorite games that typically are rough around the edges when attempting to upscale to higher resolutions, R-Type Delta and R.C. De Go! The first is a fantastic Shmup. The second an amazing R.C. Pro-Am! style 3 quarter perspective Racer!
So, then, with the Next Update, the options for PS1 will be the tried and true PCSX1 (which is good for occasional games that may have stubborn control input detection issues), PCSX ReArmed NEON (most stable for games), PEOPS (FMV Videos fixed on games like Metal Gear Solid...But, slower than NEON), PCSX ReArmed UNAI (Fast, but has graphical glitches...), PCSX ReArmed HD Xtreme (Special Build which automatically runs games at or as close to 60 FPS as it can, environmentally, for MD, SNES, NES, PSC Mini Classics). And, I am pondering on whether or not to do one other build, which fixes games, such as Xtreme Games, Donald Duck, etc...But, the drawback is, if one uses this build, saves might face chance of corruption! So, it might not make the cut! But, I will still do Tutorial on how to fix Xtreme and Donald, etc!
Anyways, enjoy the Video. There will be more to come, including Nintendo 64 running at 60 FPS on the MD/SNES/NES Classics, as well!
