Gliding event for day 3, unlike day 2, utilizes a lot more of the left click boost. There's also a tech that you will see at the beginning and a few during the course where you let go of glide while boosting through the wind circles in order to properly level your character. Just utilize these two techniques and you can clear the stage pretty fast.
