2i am flabbergasted i was able to beat this as quickly as i did - this level doesn't have the greatest reputation from what i've seen and the gameplay is for sure very awkward throughout. most parts just don't really feel right and are needlessly specific in the strangest of places. the most troublesome parts in the first bit are 4%, the entire ufo at 19% (wtf), 21%, 43%
once you reach 48% (imo) the level shifts into a battle to maintain control. you can kinda be flung around easily and because of that the exact timings you need to do will fluctuate and you have to either become consistent at doing the same sort of thing every attempt or react on the spot.
93% is a corny last ship ("building stress" text lmao) but it is still regardless a nerves test i thought i was going to die to. instead i managed to fluke the level from 77 which was nice.
regardless of all this i was able to finish this in a day which is definitely a first for me - not sure what happened but i guess i'm on a roll.
i would probably not recommend this unless you want an extreme and you have a lot of raw ship/wave skill as you should be able to adapt to anything the level throws at you. even then i don't see this being enjoyable for the average player (even though i found it at least ok to play)
it's an easier end extreme but not suitable as an entry extreme imo
