I always try to be original on my levels, but i really wanted to do a sonic replica, even if it's unoriginal as a GD level.

This is an exact replica of the game "Sonic the Hedgehog 2" for Sega Genesis. I tried to keep all the features of the real game, most of them are there definitely, but there are still some things i skipped like the score system.

This is definitely my best level considering all the effort and time spent on it, probably more than 2 months.

I used 71K objects on the first version, now it's at 68K, but i still need to reduce the object amount due to the lag, and also because it crashed for some users.

I'm really happy on how this turned, i never expected to make it like exactly the same! If you want to compare, here you have a gameplay of Sonic 2, showing the 2 different routes that the level has:

Now i have to thank to sunnet for helping me a lot with the corkscrew thing, it was really tedious to make xD, and thanks to G4lvatron for the little help with the sea at the BG. I also have to thank to my friends T17 and P14 for trying to help with the corkscrew too xD, and to P14 for testing the level on earlier versions.
