Here's how to get Primordial Ashes in Diablo 3 Season 28 for Altar of Rites.

i. 100 Primordial Ashes are a crafting material in Diablo 3 that can be used to upgrade a Legendary item to Primal Ancient quality. Primal Ancient items are the rarest and most powerful items in Diablo 3, and they can give you a significant edge in combat.

To upgrade a Legendary item to Primal Ancient quality, you will need to use 100 Primordial Ashes and the item itself. You can get Primordial Ashes by salvaging a Primal Ancient item.

ii. Primal Ancient items are extremely rare, with a drop rate of 0.25%. This means that for every 400 Legendary items that drop, you will only find one Primal Ancient. Primal Ancient items have perfect rolls on all affixes, including the item's Legendary Power. This makes them the most powerful items in Diablo 3.

To unlock Primal Ancients, you must complete a rank 70 Greater Rift solo. Once unlocked, you can find Primal Ancients from any source of Legendary item in the game, including Horadric Caches, Kadala, and Kanai's Cube.

iii. You can only equip one Primal Ancient at a time. However, you can have as many Primal Ancients in your inventory as you want.

iv. Primal Ancients are the rarest and most powerful items in Diablo 3. They have perfect rolls on all affixes, including the item's Legendary Power. This makes them the most powerful items in Diablo 3.

To unlock Primal Ancients, you must complete a rank 70 Greater Rift solo. Once unlocked, you can find Primal Ancients from any source of Legendary item in the game, including:

* **Bounties:** You can find Primal Ancients from Horadric Caches, which you can get from completing bounties in Adventure Mode.
* **Kadala:** You can gamble for Primal Ancients with Kadala.
* **Kanai's Cube:** You can upgrade Rare items to Legendary items with Kanai's Cube, and there is a chance that the upgraded item will be a Primal Ancient.
* **Greater Rifts:** You can find Primal Ancients from Greater Rifts. The higher the Greater Rift level, the higher the chance of finding a Primal Ancient.

Keep in mind that Primal Ancients are extremely rare, so don't expect to find them too often. However, if you keep playing and farming, you should eventually find one.

v. 55 Primordial Ashes are a crafting material in Diablo 3 that can be used to unlock the third potion buff in the Altar of Rites. The Altar of Rites is a new area that can be unlocked by completing the season journey. Once unlocked, you can use it to upgrade Legendary items to Primal Ancient quality, unlock three potion buffs, and use in the new Kanai's Cube recipe: Curiosity of Lorath Nahr.

To unlock the third potion buff in the Altar of Rites, you will need to use 55 Primordial Ashes. You can get Primordial Ashes by salvaging a Primal Ancient item.

vi. Ancients are stronger than Legendaries. Ancient items are a more powerful version of Legendary items. They are identical to Legendary items except that their base attributes (damage or armor) and all non-percentile affixes roll higher values for both minimum and maximum possible rolls. This means that Ancient items will always have higher stats than Legendary items.

In addition, Ancient items have a chance to roll with additional affixes, which can further increase their power. For example, an Ancient weapon may have a chance to roll with a socket, which allows you to add a powerful gem to the weapon.

As a result, Ancient items are always the best choice for players who are looking for the most powerful gear.

vii. Primal Ancients can drop in both Season and Non-Season. You just need to complete a rank 70 Greater Rift solo before they start dropping.

Here are the requirements on how to get Primal Ancients:

* **Must be level 70.**
* **Must complete a rank 70 Greater Rift solo.**
* **Can be found from any source of Legendary item in the game, including Horadric Caches, Kadala, and Kanai's Cube.**
* **Has a 0.25% chance of dropping.**

Keep in mind that Primal Ancients are extremely rare, so don't expect to find them too often. However, if you keep playing and farming, you should eventually find one.
