1. Start at https://xemu.app/ and download for Windows (explore alternative options if applicable)
2. Go to https://xemu.app/docs/required-files/ and search for the required files (click around in the list of topics at the left to familiarize yourself with the emu to answer your own questions before you ask them)
3. If you have physical Xbox games and can transfer the contents to your PC, go to https://avalaunch.net/qwix/ and download Qwix to facilitate packing those games into xemu-compat images
4. After launching xemu, explore the general settings (press F1) to configure your gamepad, your display settings, and point the emulator to the above-mentioned required files
