94TANK is the answer to all your Division 2 needs! Just deploy your shield and pull enemy aggro away from your weakling teammates. All you need are four pieces of Foundry Bulwark armor, a Belstone backpack with Adrenaline Rush, Protector, or Opportunistic as the talent. Now equip the Pointman named chest piece which has Perfect Vanguard. Protector and Perfect Vanguard when paired together will provide over 1 million bonus armor to your teammates, which makes this build great for Legendary activities. You can only use a sidearm with the Bulwark shield so make sure you have a good one, I use the Liberty exotic pistol. Equip the Artificer Hive which will buff and heal your shield even when it's not deployed. As you can see in the video we have many satisfied customers and there are definitely not any flaws at all in the build, no matter what some random caller says.
