8Fighting Fantasy classics from Tin Man Games gathers together many of the much loved entries in the world famous Fighting Fantasy series. The Fighting Fantasy series was created by Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone, the co-founders of Games Workshop.
Freeway Fighter is a crazy road roaming adventure set in a post apocalyptic future where everybody drives around in big spiky vehicles with terrible exhaust emitions that get really bad mileage. We're off on a quest to trade some food supplies and seeds for a great big petrol tanker full of .... well petrol really.
As a long time fan of the Fighting Fantasy series I couldn't pass this up. I haven't played some of these books in over 20 years but I am quite familiar with some of them and have been told I've got a good memory. I haven't fully decided whether I want to aim for very successful play style or to show off some of the more entertaining pit falls and tragedies that can occur.
