Getting Fallout 3 to work on Windows 10
1Apologies for the lack of voice, I thought I had my mic recording maybe and didn't? TL:DW to get the game to work on 10, you need XBL installed. It doesn't make any sense, obviously, especially if you are an XBL and XBGP user because you would think as part of Xbox controller support, game bar, and all the other shit built in to W10, that XBL would be part of it. But I guess when the game was packaged, that xlive.dll file was a dependency.
You can download the GFWL Marketplace installer from:

It should technically also be an app in the Microsoft store but I wouldn't bother with it. The app probably won't load your XBL profile (If you have one) when you do install it and sign in, but the important part is that it installs so you can get the .dll file.
