In Big Brain Academy: Brain Vs. Brain, you can test your Brain Grade in Test. This mode has you work through five exercises from five different categories (Analyse, Compute, Identify, Memorize, & Visualize). Your Big Brain Brawn score is then tallied up from your total score in each exercise and is then given a grade.

In order to get an S+ Brain Grade, you will need to acquire a score of 4000 or more (averaging 800 points per exercise). The recording of this video is taken from a camera pointing at the Switch screen while the console is in Tabletop mode. I find it more effective to use a stylus on the touch screen than manipulate the button controls. It is much quicker, easier, and you are more likely to get a better score as you can respond to problems much sooner.
