Try to do the sneaky-sneak, but when I mess up (or simply loose my patience), start shooting like a madman.
I usually let the cards fall where they may, but occasionally I will reload a save if I make a stupid mistake and want to try to achieve a different result. Player deaths are inevitable :-)
