GGST S2.1 | No fear, only neutral
2When I hopped into Tower today I felt like I wanted to try something different and focus as much as I could on solid neutral. Don't worry too much about anything else, just control neutral, to be best of my ability.
Sure enough, I was covering the floor in spaghetti. Input errors, missed confirms, dropped combos, questionable decisions.... but the neutral, tho... I was definitely keeping an eye on the neutral and how glorious it was.
I think even with all the drops and whatnot I never felt so dominating in my matches as Potemkin, at least not against people who had an idea what they were doing. This was mind blowing, I think in many ways, I've suddenly found the type of Potemkin I want to be. This is what I think I want the cornerstone of my play to be built around: Controlling Neutral
This is very much a best-moments type with some of my favourite rounds from the night. I ended up going 6-3 against this Leo before we went on our separate ways. They made sure to take me all the way to mixup city every time they got an in. So it was quite tense in reality
