Ghost Island captures the Strawhats One Piece reaction 338-340.
The living skeleton is named Brooke. He ate the revive-revive devil fruit which is basically useless until such a time that you die. Your soul comes back, goes into your body & you're alive again. Unfortunately for Brooke, his soul got lost finding his body for a year so he had become a skeleton by the time his soul found his body. We also learn that Brooke, the living skeleton, had his shadow stolen. Because of this, his body doesn't reflect light, so you can't see him in mirrors & he can't be out in the sunlight or his body will be destroyed. Brooke is a skeleton-vampire! Nobody in the Strawhat crew was happy about having a skeleton crewmate, but Luffy insists. That's going to take a little while still because ghosts have captured them. Ghost Island drifts around & closes the main gate around its prey. They're trapped inside being bullied by ghosts, zombies, other messed up creatures & potentially a vampire or two.
Chopper is quite happy though since he now gets to meet Doctor Hogback.

Hello there! This video & others like it are where I watch One Piece episodes & smash my thoughts & reactions to One Piece into one video. I plan to upload these videos every week on Sunday.
I am new to One Piece and I am loving it so far. I know there's a lot of filler episodes that are not canon, but unless I am told, I don't know what is filler and what is One Piece canon, so I plan to just watch it all. I find all of it interesting either way, plus episodes get mixed, so it'll be too difficult to skip all filler. I hope that's okay.

I'm loving One Piece, it's such a good show! I question things, I get annoyed, sad, laugh lots & even frustrated with it. That's the sign of a good show in my opinion, since it gets your emotions involved. I really love it though & I am always excited to see more!
