This is an amazingly beautiful game.

My progression in the appreciation happened incrementally. First it was the combat system and differing sword stances to master. Then they gave you ghost weapons and special moves like wrath dance. After Iki island opens up and you got some of the most fun armours and abilities to find there. Lastly, I delved into differing builds and how this changes gameplay drastically. By this time I was in the endgame and gearing up for new game plus. Below are some of the builds i really resonated with.

Fire Style: Hinokami Shinobi [Ghost] (0:02)

This build is OP. As soon as you get fire involved you've already won. Reminds me of Hinokami Tanjiro from Demon Slayer and Fire Style Jutsu from Naruto.

Sly Cooper [Gosaku] (1:55)

This is just fun because it's sly cooper. It's a max stagger build. Last trophy I did for the platinum. On a quick tangent, Sly Cooper ran parallel with Jak & Daxter + Ratchet & Clank. The PS2 platforming era.

Sound Breathing: Flashy Way [Kensei] (2:20)

This leans into resolve and ghost weapons build. When i started using it, because of it's strengths i found the gameplay to be over the top, flashy and fast. Reminds me of Tengen the Sound Hashira, also from Demon Slayer. I really want to add the new game plus lighting strike charm to make this even more flashy!

Kyuubi Soul Reaper [Samurai] (4:07)

This is my favourite build at the moment it changes between this and Hinokami Shinobi. This is my S-rank, black ops, ANBU, ultra instinct, all rounder build. Useful in every situation. It has my favourite mask and is blindfolded giving it a bit of a mystical, mythical swordsman feel for me.
