Ghostrunner Walkthrough (The Architect) Part 16 Finale
Thoughts: This is probably one of the worst games I've ever bought, but in a good way. The game itself is a huge challenge and I did not expect it to be so difficult in certain levels. "Nine Lives from 21 Cats" and "The Architect" were the most frustrating levels for me to play through, but in all honesty this was a fun game when everything went right. The start was a bit rough, from many tears to slight video stutters plus low quality visuals just did no justice for this game, thankfully for the updates, those issues got fixed. Now for the gameplay, it was really hard for me to adjust to the original control settings so I swapped over to traditional controls and it made it a lot easier for me to play. Personally, I feel like the abilities and upgrades themselves didn't really stand out as much since most of the time I would end up forgetting about them and honestly, you could probably beat the game without them. The adrenaline was there, perfect executions made me proud, miracle runs made me thankful, the soundtrack on loop can be quite catchy, and in the end, I really enjoyed it. The story itself felt a bit, generic I'd say, but it also made it interesting to listen as you avoided death a billion times. As for boss fights, I was hoping that your abilities wouldn't be sealed away and the other only issues I had was wall running not properly activating and sometimes attacks would not react to your button commands. Other than that, great game but a very stressful one as well.
“Ghostrunner’s original setting blends science-fiction and post-apocalyptic themes. Dharma tower, humanity’s last shelter after a world-ending cataclysm, is torn by violence, poverty, and chaos. Thrown into the middle of the conflict, you must use the unique bond with technology to ascend the super structure. Discover the story of a world that has already ended and whose inhabitants must fight to survive.”
