I became aware of this fan project a few years back, and was wowed by the pre-release demo at the time. Some of the releases coming out of the homebrew scene of later for Alan Sugar's late-to-the-party 8-bit gaming console have proved to be real head-turners, and Ghosts 'n Goblins is a great example. Everything, from the graphics to the gameplay, is as close to arcade perfect as you could wish for; the console was clearly capable of far more than it's limited commercial lifespan allowed, and dare I say it, it's better than a lot of the 16-bit conversions available back then.

There's not much more to say, other than if you have even but a passing interest in Amstrad-related consoles and computers, you really need to check this out!
