34Welcome to the latest MoDXtra: Games & Collectibles action figure review. In this instalment we're taking a look at the G.I. Classified Series Destro figure from the new Retro Card Back Wave.
That's right - even more GI Joe Classified figure pre-order action at the MoDXtra Towers. I missed the very first Destro release in the mainline series, but decided to sit tight once the Retro Card Back Wave was announced on the Hasbro Pulse stream... like... 10 years ago, or whatever... (Felt like 10 years anyway LOL) My Cobra Central Command squad just hasn't quite felt right on the the GI Joe Classified shelf without Destro, so I'm super-excited to have the figure.
AND, let's be honest, I've made no secret of my love for the GI Joe Classified line, so any new arrival was going to get me excited really!
This review will involve a brief unboxing of Destro, an overall view of the figure, and then some detailed thoughts around his aesthetic, articulation, and accessories. (My action figure review Triple A's LOL) Does the re-paint of an earlier GI Joe Classified sculpt stand up now? Watch to find out…
