--- Pending Twitch VoD policy and explanation:
I've been streaming a bit more on Twitch, and also been getting a couple of good highlights from my streams. Unfortunately, the Twitch VoD system isn't very good for me. In addition, Twitch VoDs aren't very good for exposure and growth I've found.

I won't count these Twitch highlights as "primary content". So, basically, if I have a Game Prowl or a Let's Play to upload one day and a Highlight, they'll either be released together, or the Game Prowl/LP will take priority.

These highlights can realistically be any length. Anywhere from 1 minute, to this 35 minute one.
