Players can summon special rare mobs in Undermine to earn reputation with the Cartels. This requires Renown 6 and alignment with a specific Cartel.
To summon a Cartel rare, a player must trigger a mini-event through specific NPCs. Once started, anyone can join to defeat the rare. Each kill awards 100 Cartels reputation and 150 aligned Cartel reputation weekly.
Available Cartel rares:
• Bilgewater Cartel: M.A.G.N.O.
• Steamwheedle Cartel: Giovante
• Blackwater Cartel: Voltstrike the Charged
• Venture Company: Scrapchewer
M.A.G.N.O. - Bilgewater Cartel Rare
Located in Bilgewater Flats' Scrapshop building. Bilgewater-aligned players talk to Ragzy Cashgrab to start event. Fill MAGNO-SCRAPPER 9000 to 100% using scrap, dumpsters, or killing junkers to spawn.
Giovante - Steamwheedle Cartel Rare
Found near Steamwheedle Labs in Vatworks. Steamwheedle-aligned players talk to Recall Technician. Complete tasks with goo barrels and rescue customers until progress reaches 100%.
Voltstrike the Charged - Blackwater Cartel Rare
Located at Blackwater Marina docks. Blackwater-aligned players talk to Boatwright Frankle. Power energy extractor to 100% by collecting charged glass or killing eels underwater.
Scrapchewer (Venture Company)
Location: Central Heaps
Method: Venture-aligned player talks to Scrapminer Krazzik. Collect batteries from floor/mobs to power drill rig to 100%.
