So, this map gives you 8 artilleries to blast enemies and get points. You also get a lot of points from destroying rubble and artilleries (50k each!). This makes me wonder, how far can I go without killing anything?

Very far. If you have:
- 1 SL10 Para
- 1 SL10 Illu
- 1 Scarecrow with Phantom Stance and +1 Night Vision
- 7 HGs
- Raised Mk153 and another decent 3 range HOC
you can get a 1.44m run with absolutely no combat. Ridiculous, I know.

The key to this is the following
- Use the artillery as much as you can. Turn 1 gets 3 uses, Turn 2 onwards gets 7-8 uses per turn (you can get more 8 usages if you bring more Para and/or Illu, but I'm limiting it to 1 each)
- Capture as many Heliports as you can. I've captured more than half of all the Heliports in this map. Also, capture a lot of the random nodes
- Capture the supply crate in the KCCO region, that's 10k points
- Detonate all the buildings for 50k points
- Destroy all rubble for 250k points
- Destroy all artillery on Turn 7 for 400k points

One mistake was made in this attempt: I forgot that the bottom KCCO Heliport spawns have double movement, so I had to take 1 retreat in this attempt. If you avoid that, you should be able to get 1.44m no problem.

The best part about this pacifist run is that it gets you all the threshold rewards, since the final threshold is at 1.1m. How convenient!
