AI-based coding assistants are already widely adopted by developers around the globe. And while they provide great value, sometimes they seem to be a little off, a bit weird, or the suggestions do not really fit your needs. This session provides some early insights into our latest efforts to enhance the coding experience when using GitHub Copilot inside VSCode from a Spring specific perspective. This turns your GitHub Copilot from a Spring-aware coding assistant whose answers and suggestions fit a lot better into your Spring projects, make more sense from a Spring perspective, and therefore improve your coding experience in VSCode even further. The session will include a lot of live demos and show how things work under the hood as the main focus of the session.
