I don't normally cover politics on this channel but I felt in this case I can make an exception.

GitLab's CEO Sid Sijbrandij has declared that they will continue to work with clients regardless of their political beliefs and this has caused some incredibly hyperbolic articles to be produced.

GitHub will be renewing their server contract with ICE even though the CEO Nat Friedman has his disagreements with certain policies being enforced by this organisation and with the current Trump Administration.
